Back in 1951, LKY was one of the very few Singaporeans with a double-starred 1st class honours law degree from University of Cambridge. A rare and most exceptional breed during his time, and even now.
Back then, it was rare to be a graduate to begin with, can?
Not to mention to be the best from Cambridge?!
