PRC Woman: 我怎么还？我没钱啊！
Nurse: 可以用 Medisave.
PRC Woman: 什么？
Nurse: Medisave... 公积金.
PRC Woman: 我没有公积金啊！
Nurse: 你不是新加坡人吗? 你没有工作吗？
PRC Woman: 我不是啊！我有工作. 没有公积金.
Nurse: 那你有 Work Permit 吗？工作准证？
PRC Women: 没有啊.

Huh? How come she is working in Singapore when she doesn't have a work permit?
Maybe she's a foreign talent on employment pass but without CPF/company medical insurance, and cannot afford her medical bills? O_o
